Clear, consistent communication is something we take seriously. Ted stays in regular contact throughout every project — providing updates, flagging any issues early, and giving you realistic timelines. Our clients consistently tell us this is one of the things that sets us apart from other contractors. We aim to finish on schedule and on budget, and to be transparent when anything changes.

A few things our clients mention most often: honest advice and realistic estimates, consistent communication throughout the project, genuine craftsmanship rather than cutting corners, and the fact that Ted himself is deeply involved in every project. We're not a large company that hands your job off — you work with us directly, from first call to final walkthrough. Many of our clients return to us for every project they have.
